INET joining INFOTEL to penetrate teenager market by offering customers ring tone downloading service from the Internet

Internet Thailand Public Company Limited (INET), the country's leading IT service provider, joins INFOTEL to expand services by allowing customers to download different ring tones from the Internet, the new fashion in cellular phone services.

Mrs. Linitda Suksomstarn, Vice President, Marketing division, said, "Nowadays, technology is moving fast. We have to follow the changes all the time. A lot of new support services are being provided to customers who would like to see a different service as well as a quick and convenience service. The GSM service or downloading Logo-Ring tones via cellular phones is extremely popular. This is a new trend for cellular phone users. With an effective Internet connection from INET, the downloading process will be a lot faster and better."

"Since support services for cell phones are developing continuously, INFOTEL, whose key service is the Audiotext system, teamed up with INET to develop more services for cellular phones such as downloading ring tones, pictures, logos, and messages. With reliable and effective services from INET, the downloading process will be faster, smoother, and without getting disconnected. Moreover, INET is a centre of useful information. Its website provides many useful links for its customers.

This is one of the many reasons why customers trust and rely on INET. This service is available for both cell phones and house phones. Users do not need to remember any codes, they just need to dial 1900 000 234 for "The Funny" ring tone service, 1900 999 222 for the SMS "For U" service, 1900 999 099 for "The Hello" ESM service and 1900 000 232 for "The Funny" Logo services. The rate is 9 Baht per minute applied everywhere in Thailand. Customers are able to receive all the information from the answering machine and choose the ring tone or logo that they want." This new technology is very conveniently for the new generation who like to get things done fast and convenient," Mrs. Linitda added at the end.
