Ericsson T28s - a new direction in cellular technology

Ericsson has embarked on a new direction in cellular technology with the launch of its T28s dual band mobile phone. The slim, smart and stylish Ericsson T28s incorporates new battery technology, a futuristic new design, and a range of intelligent accessories.

The Ericsson T28s is the first mobile phone to use a lithium polymer battery, which combined with the T28s' new three-volt platform, enables longer talk and standby times. The technology has also facilitated the launch of Ericsson's smallest, slimmest and lightest phone. "The T28s signals a major departure from Ericsson's previous mobile phone design. It represents a culmination of Scandinavian design excellence and superior technology," said Mark Williams, Director.

Ericsson has developed advanced software to ensure that the T28s interface is faster and easier to navigate. Icons, intuitive help texts and shortcuts have also been introduced. Key features include voice answering and dialling, inbuilt vibrating alert, games, a full graphic display for easy readability, an active flip and profiles, enabling personalised settings to meet different needs in different situations.
