The first worldwide mobile internet survey project

Electronic Commerce Promotion Council of Japan(ECOM, Chairman Fujio Cho,President of Toyota Motor Corporation) and InfoCom Research, Inc.(President/Representative Director, Teruaki Ohara) participated in The First Worldwide Mobile Internet Survey Project, which conducted a user questionnaire survey on the usage of the mobile Internet (Internet connectable cellular phone.)

The survey took place simultaneously in South Korea, Hong Kong and Japan in December, 2001. This is an analysis report based on the data derived in Korea and Japan, where the data are already exchanged and evaluated.
