A Savvy cellular phone user shop for regional or national plans that don’t charge for long distance or roaming. Add in the free nights and weekends that many companies offer and cellular phone users can save a bundle compared to the cost of traditional long distance service. Annoying sales calls are just one more reason for cellular users to dump the landlines So far cellular seems to be safe from these phone predators. Traditional phone service providers point out that landlines are still more reliable than cellular service. Landline callers don’t experience the dead areas or the poor connections that sometimes plague a cell phone user.
