Clearsky Mobile Media – Snap-And-Print Camera

You’re on vacation and you snap a great picture with your camera phone. Clearsky Mobile Media has now created a way for you to turn that picture into postcards and trip souvenirs. The Clearsky Mobile Media Snap-and-Print camera phone printing solution was announced in March 2004.

Clearsky Mobile, a Florida-based developer of entertainment content for mobile phones, created the Snap and Print solution for users of camera phones based on the Series 60 platform. Series 60 is the world's leading handset platform for advanced mobile devices. The platform allows customers using Clearsky's Snap-and-Print to rapidly transmit pictures without wires or cables.

Shutterbugs using Snap-and-Print send their best vacation snapshots through the Clearsky platform router. Within just a few days, the picture is physically delivered to the any recipient the user chooses in the form of a key chain, coffee mug, mouse pad or post card. Snap-and-print mobile media users can create their own vacation souvenirs and have them shipped directly to their home. The picture souvenirs will be there to enjoy when they return from vacation. Sending a postcard through Clearsky Snap and Print costs $1.99.

They have also produced some very timely ringtones and wallpapers for mobile phones. Clearsky is offering ringtones featuring the actual voices of President George W. Bush and Sen. John Kerry. Clearsky has also introduced wallpaper featuring pictures of Hurricane Charley and Hurricane Frances. They will donate about 80 percent of each hurricane wallpaper download to the Florida Red Cross.

Mobile phone users can purchase and download the wallpapers and ringtones from the Mobile Media web site at www.cleartonz.com.
