Shopping For Cell Phones At An Online Store |

September 10, 2004 By: Wendy Whittaker Shopping For Cell Phones At An Online StoreEveryplace I go someone wants to sell me a cell phone. Even at my grocery store some perky teen is trying to explain to me why I must upgrade my cellular service RIGHT NOW! I just wanted to buy my ice cream and chips and get home in time for Oprah. Oh, how I long for the peace and quiet of shopping in an online store! Online buying is bliss! I’m in charge of what brands of cell phones I peruse. No will notice if I look at the Harley phone accessories. When I shop online, it doesn’t matter if I still have the remains of lunch on my shirt or haven’t waxed my eyebrows in weeks. In online stores, I don’t have to make polite excuses for leaving without buying any phones. I just click that lovely little “x.” Shopping at an online store gives me the ultimate sense of control. I can move from store to store and compare prices on phones. I can do as much or as little product research as I want. No question I ask an online merchant is met with rolling eyes, at least that I can see. I also love the idea that online stores are always open! I do some of my best shopping at 3:00 a.m. I’ve learned through experience that some online stores are better than others. I look for online merchants whose sites are easy to navigate, who offer secure buying areas and who have 100 percent satisfaction guarantees. Especially when shopping for cell phones and other technology products I feel most secure and confident in online cell stores. I’ll be logging on rather than going out to buy my new headset. And I might even eat my ice cream while I shop. Also See: absolutely free cell phones.Author Notes:
