The next step is to select one of the many cellular phone plans. You will need to take just as much time selecting your plan as you did your phone, make sure that the cellular phone plans can handle the features you have chosen for your phone. Here are some basic considerations and questions to ask yourself when looking at cellular phone plans. How many minutes do I need? Will you be using the phone only for emergencies or important calls, or as freely as you use your home phone? This will determine how many included minutes you will want built into your plan each month. Consider when and where you will be making your calls to. Most cellular phone plans offer ‘anytime minutes’ which means you can use your included monthly minutes 24/7, however, make sure there are no restrictions on the plan before you start dialing to avoid a costly phone bill. Are your calls local or long distance? If you are going to be doing a lot of long distance calls it would be cost effective to look into a plan that included long distance. Finally you will want to know where you will be using the cell phone, do you travel a lot or is it mostly for local calls. No matter what phone you choose or how you plan to use it, there is cellular phone plans to fit any lifestyle. Also See: cheap cell phone plans. Author Notes:
