  We seem to be conflicted about car cell phone use. The research indicates that distracted driving can cause accidents, yet in a poll of motorists who say they always dive safely, 44 percent admit they have used a cellular phone while driving cars.   The debate continues over whether or not cellular phones radiation is harmful to humans. Studies have produced differing results, but to date, no study has definitively linked cellular phones radiation to human heath hazards. On the other hand, no study has proven that prolonged exposure to cell phones is completely safe.
