Online vs High Street – Clash of The Travel Agents

To book on-line or visit a travel agent. That is the burning question.

Or is it?

Online Vs High Street - Which Do You Prefer?

I am sorry if there are any travel agents reading this,  they will be horrified and say: “Yes come and see us for our excellent advice” but do we really need them?

Lets face it, if we want news we look on-line ,if we want to know the weather we look online.

If we want  to communicate with relatives and friends we use e-mail, skype or facebook. So if we want to visit a different state or country why should we let a stranger help us choose where to spend our hard earned cash?

It is now so easy now to read reviews of places and countries we would like to visit, all research can be done on-line by reading what the experts tell us and we can decide for ourselves.

Any potential city or country, can be googled and all hotels, places of interest and even restaurants can be read about and checked up on.

Book at your leisure

So do you want to get in your car,and spend money on gas/petrol/parking to consult a stranger about your vacation when you can look at a wealth of information from the comfort of your own armchair complete with a cup of coffee and a snack to help you through?

So what are you waiting for get those comforts ready and prepare to search for your dream vacation and grab a bargain on-line!
